The Executive Director of CASA of South Central Missouri is responsible for the coordinated activities that effectively facilitate the provision of direct services to victims of child abuse and/or neglect services in the 25 Judicial Circuit.

Qualifications for the position: Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, education or law. Proven experience in non-profit administration, supervision, grant writing, fundraising, program development and public relations. Strong verbal, written, public speaking and non-profit financial management skills are also required. Technical skills should include, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Internet Access and E-mail.

The Executive Director will be based in Rolla, Missouri and is directly responsible to the Board of Directors of South Central Missouri. The direct responsibilities include coordination and supervision of the following areas: Volunteer Service Program. Community and Public Relations. Program planning and Performance, Fiscal Responsibility of annual CASA budget. Supervision and Evaluation of personnel. Resource Development and Maintenance and other duties as may be assigned.

Position requires the ability to work before or after normal business hours, including some evenings or weekends required for training, public relations and fundraising. Position may require occasional overnight travel to attend conferences or workshops.

Annual Salary Range $40,000 – $45,000.
